· Worked as a senior resident in Department of Clinical Immunology and Rheumatology in JIPMER for a period of 3 years.

Department of Clinical immunology and Rheumatology in JIPMER provides rheumatology services to people in Puducherry, Tamil Nadu, southern parts of Andhra Pradesh. It provides Outpatient services to nearly 1000 patients/week, inpatient services for 20 patients/ week and cross consultations of 50 patients/week from other clinical departments. It has separate lab services for Immunology like immunofluorescence, ELISA, Nephelometry, and FACS with residents posted for 3 months in lab services.

  • Got second place in zonal round rheumatology quiz in 2016 in CMC vellore.

  • Received Indian Rheumatology association research grant of 1 lakh.

  • Awarded Travel Grant of 500$ for EULAR 2020 and EULAR 2021 conferences

  • Recieved “International Scholarship for Young Rheumatologist” from Korean College of Rheumatology for paper on Adjusted global antiphospholipid syndrome score (aGAPSS) based nomogram for predicting avascular necrosis in SLE
